Safety and hygiene protocols

At Izla Hotel, the health and safety of our employees and guests is our priority, due to this, we create new procedures and improve existing ones to reduce any health risks.

Welcome: we will give you a warm welcome with new security protocols: like taking the temperature. We will fill a health survey on arrival and we will sanitize the luggage as well. All the material we use at check-in will be previously sanitized.

Physical distancing: in our hotel, we do not seek social distancing, only physical distancing. For your comfort and safety, we ask that during your stay you take a healthy distance with other guests and our collaborators.
We modified the assemblies of our lounge chairs in swimming pools and the beach, restaurants, and bars. Also, we have created new protocols for care at the front desk, gym, and convenience store.

Hotel areas: as preventive measures, we sanitize all our areas such as the lobby, elevators, restaurants, bars, gym, beauty and relaxation area, lounge areas in pools and beach, before and after they are used.

Food safety and safe service: since our opening, we have been concerned with the issue of safety and hygiene in our food and beverage services, which is why all our restaurants and bars are certified by our Distintivo H, this is how we guarantee that we are able to serve them safely. We implement new measures such as the capacity of our restaurants giving a physical distance between diners, and improving our room and bar service.

Rooms: we improved our cleaning process for when the guests arrive, they breathe confidence and security. We perform a normal cleaning, plus a sanitizing cleaning to conclude with a general misting. We work together with the maintenance area to keep the air conditioning and the general functionality at its best conditions.

Beauty and Relaxation: we added new and strict protocols in this area, disinfecting each of our cabins before and after each service. The beauty and relaxation area meet all the usual requirements to reduce any health risk.

Employees: we train constantly all our staff to offer them a safe place to work and to offer our guests great and safe service, in addition to having access to the hotel, they go through different filters to give greater security to all those who are on the property.

Upon arrival, their temperature is taken, a health survey is filled, and their shoes go through a sanitizing mat. We put the uniform inside our facilities.

Suppliers: we select our suppliers, seeking that they also have new, strict cleaning and security procedures, both in the products they offer us and in the training they give their staff.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
